Can I install my outdoor fireplace indoors?
While indoor fireplaces cannot be used outdoors, an outdoor fireplace can be used in a partially enclosed patio, provided there is adequate ventilation. Though a gas fireplace does not produce smoke, it does give off combustion gasses that must be exhausted through the chimney and vents.
Can I move my fireplace around?
All of the freestanding outdoor fireplaces that we offer, with the exception of the portable pizza oven fireplace, should be considered permanent structures once installed. They are large and quite heavy, and will need more than a couple of people to even move to your intended installation site.
How long can the flames last?
The flames can last for as long as they are connected to a fuel source. For natural gas units, these are usually connected to the pipelines coming into your home. Propane features are connected to a tank, so the use of your fireplace really depends on the capacity of the tank. You may have to be more conservative with time spent enjoying the flames, where with natural gas there is a bit more leniency. Regardless, there is always a fuel cost to consider when operating your fireplace.
